Before the interview process with Regina, she will request that you to bring a list of questions that you have gathered together. These are questions you would want to have answered by your subconscious or oversoul during your quantum healing hypnosis session. 

You can ask any question concerning your: career, health, family member, friends or even life events. Please bring your questions printed out on a sheet of paper to your session. You may want to start with a list of 10 to 15 questions.  While in the interview process, Regina will work with you to possibly add more questions to your list that you may have not thought about or might find relevant to help you explore your current lifetime.  Sometimes it takes a person a few days to think of the different things they are curious about or would like the answer to. Therefore, please take your time. You can ask any questions you want, for it is your personal QHHT session, its your time to receive information. 

Most QHHT sessions typically last between 4 to 6 hours, it really depends on how long the interview process takes for your quantum healing hypnosis session. Your interview process is a way for Regina to gain knowledge and giver her an understand of why you are asking these very important questions. As well, it helps her to familiarize herself with your own personal life path. 

We are all spiritual beings having a human experience.  Oftentimes as humans we may have difficulty navigating or relating to this current world and lifetime we live in. QHHT past life regression can help you steer the course in this lifetime, by looking at a previous incarnation or lives you have lived before.  

Regina will record your Quantum healing hypnosis session once you are under hypnosis.  This is your recording for you to keep.  It is recommend that you listen to your QHHT recording within the first 72 hours of your session to ensure integration of the knowledge and information you receive.  I also recommend as well you listen to the QHHT past life regression session over and over again, for it is beneficial on a cellular level too. Every time you listen, you will find you hear something that you didn't hear before or perhaps missed.
